 शेयर मार्किट क्या है ? 

(What is share market?)

मार्केट का अर्थ है बाजार अर्थात् जहां कोई ट्रेडिंग हो रही है खरीदी बिक्री हो अब शेयर मार्किट कुछ भी नही उन्ही बिज़नस या दुकानों को शेयर मार्किट में लिस्ट कर दिया गया है और और आप किसी भी बिज़नस में पैसा लगा सकते है|

(Market means market, that is, where any trading is taking place, buy and sell, now the share market is nothing, the same business or shops have been listed in the share market and and you can invest money in any business.)

 जैसे आपके पड़ोस में कोई किराना दुकान चला रहा है अब वह अपने बिज़नेस को बड़ा करना चाहते है जिसके लिए उसे पैसो की ज़रूरत है तो आपने उसे कुछ पैसे दे दिए इसके बदले में अब आप उसके बिज़नस के कुछ प्रतिशत के पार्टनर बन गये वह प्रतिशत कितना है यह उसके बिज़नस के टोटल  वैल्यूएशन पर निर्भर करेगा | 

(Like someone is running a grocery shop in your neighborhood, now he wants to expand his business, for which he needs money, then you gave him some money, in return for this, now you became a partner of some percentage of his business, how much is that percentage It will depend on the total valuation of his business.)

अब यदि उसका बिज़नस सफल हुआ तो प्रॉफिट का उतना प्रतिशत आपको भी मिलेगा जितने प्रतिशत आप मालिक थे  साथ ही यदि उसे घाटा हुआ बिसनेस नही चला तो आपको भी घाटा होगा |

अब यह पूरी तरह आप पर निर्भर करता है कि आप सही बिज़नस में पैसा लगा रहे है या नही | 

शेयर मार्किट बस इसी तरह समझा जा सकता है | 

तो सरल शब्दों में किसी बिज़नस में यदि आप कुछ पैसा लगते है तो आप उसके कुछ प्रतिशत के मालिक बन जाते है जिसके कारण बिज़नस में हो रहे फायेदा या नुकसान दोनों आपको बहन करने होते है |

So in simple words, if you invest some money in a business, then you become the owner of some percentage of it, due to which you have to sister both the profit or loss in the business.)

उदाहरण अपने एयरटेल कम्पनी में पैसा लगया एयरटेल कम्पनी का मानना  है कि वह 2024 तक एयरटेल 5g स्टार्ट कर लेगी और सभी लोग उसी का नेटवर्क उपयोग करेंगे क्यूंकि और कोई कम्पनी ने अभी तक 5g पर कोई प्लान नही बनाया तो हमने यह आधार मानकर एयरटेल कंपनी में कुछ पैसा लगा दिया इसके बदले में हमे उस एयरटेल कम्पनी के कुछ शेयर मिल गये मान लिया एक शेयर 300 रूपये का था हमने 100 share खरीदे यानि 30000 रूपये लगा दिए अब जैसा हमने सोचा ठीक उसी प्रकार एयरटेल grow कर रही है  जिससे उसके कस्टमर बढ़ गये और उसका बहुत फायेदा हुआ चूँकि हमने 100 शेयर खरीदे थे जब एक शेयर 300 था लेकिन अब एक शेयर 500 रूपए का हो गया है तो 100 X 500 = 50000 अर्थात् हमने लगाये 3०००० मिले हमे 5०००० यही शेयर मार्किट है |

(Example put money in your airtel company, airtel company believes that it will start airtel 5g by 2024 and all people will use the same network because no other company has made any plan on 5g yet, so we assumed this basis in airtel company In return, we got some shares of that airtel company, suppose one share was worth 300 rupees, we bought 100 shares i.e. put 30000 rupees, now airtel is growing in the same way as we thought, due to which its customers increased. And it was very beneficial because we had bought 100 shares when one share was 300 but now one share has become 500 rupees then 100 X 500 = 50000 i.e. we put 30000, we get 50000, this is the share market.)

और इसका विपरीत भी हो सकता था यदि एयरटेल से पहले जिओ अपने 5g को लाँच कर देती है  तो कम्पनी का 5g का पैसा तो डूब जाता तब 300 का शेयर घट के  शायद 250 रह जाता तब 100 X 250 = 25000 तो हमे 30000 लगाने पर 25000 ही मिलते तो हमे 5000 का घाटा हो जाता | 

(And the opposite could have happened, if Jio had launched its 5g before Airtel, then the company's 5g money would have sunk, then the share of 300 would have probably been reduced to 250, then 100 X 250 = 25000, so we have to put 30000 25000 Had we met, we would have incurred a loss of 5000.)

शेयर मार्किट में पैसा लगाने के लिए आपको  कहीं जाने की ज़रूरत नही है आप अपने मोबाइल से डायरेक्ट शेयर खरीद सकते है लेकिन इसके लिए आपको शेयर मार्किट के लिए एक अकाउंट ओपन करना होता है यह बैंक अकाउंट जैसा ही रहता है जिसे डिमेट अकाउंट कहते है इसे ओपन करने के लिए आपको कही चक्कर काटने की ज़रूत नही है | जैसे बैंक अकाउंट खोलने के लिए आप किसी भी बैंक में जा सकते है उसी प्रकार आप डीमेट अकाउंट खोलने के लिए किसी भी ब्रोकर के पास जा सकते है |

(You do not need to go anywhere to invest money in the share market, you can buy direct shares from your mobile, but for this you have to open an account for the share market, it remains the same as a bank account, which is called a demat account. सभी बैंक को कण्ट्रोल या मोनिटरिंग भारतीय रिजर्व  बैंक RBI द्वारा किया जाता है जिसे हमारे पैसा सिक्योर रहता है उसी प्रकार शेयर मार्किट में ट्रेडिंग प्लेटफार्म को कण्ट्रोल सेबी द्वारा किया जाता है |

Create Account पर क्लिक करें  (Click on Create Account)

 

2. अब सबसे पहले यहाँ अकाउंट क्रिएट करने के लिए आपके पास कुछ ज़रूरी डॉक्यूमेंट होना अवश्यक है पेनकार्ड, आधार कार्ड आधार से जुड़ा हुआ आपका मोबाइल नंबर और आपके उस बैंक की अकाउंट डिटेल्स जहाँ आपका खाता खुला हुआ है |

(Now first of all, to create an account here, you must have some important documents, PAN card, Aadhaar card, your mobile number linked to Aadhaar and your account details of the bank where your account is opened.)

अब अपनी ईमेल id औरमोबाइल नंबर डाले और send OTP पर क्लीक करें 

(Now enter your email id and mobile number and click on send OTP)

 3. अब जो otp आपको मोबाइल पर प्राप्त हुआ है वह टाइप करें |

(Now type the otp that you have received on the mobile.)

4. अब आप अपने  पेन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड को तैयार रखे - 

(अब आप अपने  पेन कार्ड और आधार कार्ड को तैयार रखे )

5. अब आप अपना पेनकार्ड नंबर यहाँ लिखे  और साथ ही अपनी जन्म दिनांक भरे - 

(Now enter your PAN card number here as well as enter your date of birth -)

6.)  अब अपनी बेसिक डिटेल्स भरे जैसे Gender Male/ Female/ Trans.

शादी शुदा है तो Married सेलेक्ट करें नही है तो सिंगल सेलेक्ट करें 

अपने सालभर की इनकम क्या है यदि एक लाख से कम है तो Below< 1 Lakh सेलेक्ट करें |

(Now fill your basic details like Gender Male/ Female/ Trans.

If married then select Married if not then select Single

What is your annual income if it is less than 1 Lakh then select Below< 1 Lakh)

7. राजनीती से यदि आप जुड़े हुए है तो आप यहाँ  Are You Politically Exposed  YES करें 

What is Your Occupation में यहाँ वह टाइप करें जो आप करते है जैसे यदि आप स्टूडेंट है तो स्टूडेंट सेलेक्ट करें 

8. अब अपनी कंट्री सेलेक्ट करे जैसे इंडिया (भारत) और टर्म्स एंड कंडीशन (नियम व शर्तो ) को चेक मार्क कर आगे बढे |

(If You Are Associated With Politics, Then You Are Here You Politically Exposed YES

In What is Your Occupation, type what you do here like if you are a student then select student

8. Now select your country like India (India) and proceed further by checking the terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions))

9. अब आपसे कन्फर्म कर यह पूछा जायेगा की स्क्रीन पर दिखाई डिटेल्स ठीक है की नही जैसे एड्रेस तो कन्फर्म कर आगे बढे - 

(Now after confirming you will be asked whether the details shown on the screen are correct or not, like confirm the address and proceed further -)

10. अब आपको यहाँ सफेद बॉक्स के अंदर अपने हस्ताछर ( Signature) करने है -

(Now you have to do your signature here inside the white box -)

11. अब आपसे कैमरा ओपन करने की परमिशन मांगी जाएगी जिसे ऑनलाइन आपकी पहचान की जा सकते आपका background सादा हो और फोटो साफ़ दिखना चहिये | इस बाद का ध्यान रखे |

(Now you will be asked for permission to open the camera, which can be recognized online, your background should be simple and the photo should be clearly visible. Keep this in mind)

12. फोटो देखे ठीक आया है तो नेक्स्ट करे नही तो फिर से फोटो लें |

(If you see the photo is okay then do next, otherwise take the photo again.)

13. अब आप अपनी बैंक अकाउंट डिटेल्स भरे - 

(Now fill your bank account details -)

     

 14. अब आप अपने ईमेल एड्रेस को वेरीफाई करे इसके लिए आपके ईमेल पर एक otp आएगा वह सेंड करें |

(Now you have to verify your email address, for this an otp will come on your email, send it.)

15. अब आपको अपने आधार कार्ड से लिंक मोबाइल पर एक otp आएगा उसे डालकर वेरीफाई कर लें | 

(Now you will get an otp on mobile linked with your Aadhar card and verify it by entering it.)

16. e-sign होने के बाद आपका अकाउंट successfully क्रिएट ह जायेगा  अब बस आपको  एक से 2 दिन का इंतजार करना है अकाउंट वेरीफाई होने के बाद आप इसका उपयोग कर सकते है | 

(After e-sign, your account will be successfully created, now you just have to wait for one to 2 days, after the account is verified, you can use it.)

17. आपके id पासवर्ड आपको ईमेल पर मिल जायेंगे जिसे आप लॉग इन कर पाएंगे फिर आप आसानी से कोई  भी स्टॉक खरीद सकते है | 

(You will get your id password on email, which you will be able to log in, then you can easily buy any stock.)

 

 शेयर बाजार में मोजूद किसी भी शेयर पर आप पैसा लगा सकते है | ध्यान रहे शेयर बाजार में पैसा आप सोमवार से शुक्रवार सुबह 9:15 से श्याम  5 बजे तक के बीच में ही शेयर खरीद और बेच सकते है | 

(You can invest money on any stock present in the stock market. Keep in mind that money in the stock market, you can buy and sell shares only between 9:15 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.)

 

शेयर मार्किट में शेयर कैसे खरीदे?

1. सबसे पहले एप्प या वेबसाइट में लॉग इन करें (First login to the app or website)

 

2. अब आप Fund पर क्लिक कर add money करें और शुरआत में आप 100 रूपये जोड़ सकते है |

(Now you add money by clicking on Fund and in the beginning you can add 100 rupees.)

 3. PAYTM, UPI ID या direct account से पैसे add कर सकते है है आप अभी सीखने के उद्देश से केवल 100 रूपये ही लगायें जब आप अच्छे से सीख जाये तब ज्यादा पैसे लगायें |

(You can add money from PAYTM, UPI ID or direct account, you have to invest only 100 rupees for the purpose of learning now, when you learn well then invest more money.)

4.अब फण्ड आने के बाद ऊपर दिए सर्च से अपना कोई भी शेयर सर्च करें  जिस पर आप पैसा लगाना चाहते है वह शेयर सर्च  करें जैसे अभी हमने उदहारण के लिए छोटा शेयर GVFILMS लिया है |

5. अब कितने शेयर लेना चाहते है आज की डेट में इसका प्राइस 1.15 रूपए है तो उस आधार पर हमने 100 रूपये के शेयर खरीद लिए आप अभी अपने हिसाब से खरीदे |

6. तो इस तरह आप बड़ी आसानी से शेयर खरीद सकते है इसी तरह प्रॉफिट होने पर बेच भी सकते है |

तो इस तरह आप शेयर मार्किट में आ सकते है ध्यान रहे आप उतना ही पैसा यहाँ लगायें जितना आप बहन कर सकते कर्ज लेकर या सारी सेविंग न लगायें | यदि आप अपनी समझ से सही रिसर्च से पैसा लगायेंगे और थोडा टाइम देंगे तो आपको कभी घाटा नही होगा यहाँ आप करोडपति बने के इरादे से न आयें केवल सेविंग करने के लिए इसका उपयोग करे और कभी भी एक ही कम्पनी में सारा पैसा न लगायें हमेशा अपना पैसा अलग अलग सेक्टर की कम्पनी में लगायें यदि आपके पास 10000 है तो 1000 दसकंपनियो में लगायें जिसे और कुछ कंपनी घाटा देती है तो बाकि कंपनी आपको बचा लेगी |
